Dr. John DiMarco is a Professor of Design and Media at St. John’s University in New York City. He is a Certified Instructional Designer, a NASM-certified stretching coach, and a multi-published by Wiley, Sage, and Pearson. His patented invention, the Shape Stretch® Body Bar, is a testament to his philosophy of "Applied Innovation."

PROFESSOR

John DiMarco teaches technology, design, communication, research, and creativity.

Dr. John DiMarco has been Professor of Mass Communication at St. John's University in New York City for over 20 years. He teaches, writes, trains, and consults in the areas of creativity, design thinking, new product development, digital media, instructional design, mass communication, and career building. John has helped thousands of people with learning, communication, and design since 1995. He is an educational consultant for NASSAU BOCES and provides training across New York area school districts. His passion for helping people intersects digital, communication, instructional, visual, and product design disciplines.

John is a patented inventor.

John DiMarco's product design for The SHAPE STRETCH Body Bar offers users a unique tool and educational approach to stretching and flexibility. He also created the Paint Passport, which provides a simple organization tool for house paint color swatches.
